Narrative:
On the ILS to runway 8L at atl, we were instructed to slow to 160 KIAS, which we did. Aircraft Y soon began overtaking us, so they were issued a sidestep to land on runway 8R. After landing, we were cleared to cross runway 8L at B10. This would have worked greater if aircraft Y wasn't flaring to land. We instructed the tower that we would hold short of runway 8L at B10.

Title: CL65 FLT CREW IS CLRED TO CROSS RWY AT ATL WITH ACFT TOUCHING DOWN.
Narrative: ON THE ILS TO RWY 8L AT ATL, WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO SLOW TO 160 KIAS, WHICH WE DID. ACFT Y SOON BEGAN OVERTAKING US, SO THEY WERE ISSUED A SIDESTEP TO LAND ON RWY 8R.
