Narrative:
While on a quick turn and an aircraft swap in dfw, we departed for ZZZ. After departure, we discovered the fuel on board the aircraft was less than minimum fuel. We then contacted tower and notified them we needed to return to land. We remained in the traffic pattern and landed without incident, returned to the gate for additional fuel.
