Narrative:
Aircraft fokker 100 diverted back to ZZZ mar/sat/04. Right main landing gear blew 2 tires on takeoff. Aircraft taken OTS for repairs. Company message and damage message sent. Aircraft underwent extensive inspections, tire replacement, and gear swing -- all of which was documented on technician's write-up forms. Aircraft was released per company spo. I failed to reference the documented technician's write-up in my release statement.
