Narrative:
At 8000 ft, left engine lost power slowly, and aircraft descended out of 8000 ft while performing engine out checklist. Told ZOB I needed 6000 ft for a final because of the event. Cle asked if I needed to land at hgr, and I said no, continued on to home base another 10 mins, and landed with no problem.
