Narrative:
During takeoff from abq, right engine failed at rotation. Cleaned up on schedule and returned to abq single engine. We didn't suspect severe damage as we had N1 and N2 rotation. We declared an emergency and had crash fire rescue equipment waiting our arrival. After clearing runway, we had crash fire rescue equipment check the aircraft for fire. Engine had no fire. As we continued to terminal, crash fire rescue equipment reported right brake starting to smoke. We did not get an indication of an overheat until at gate.
