Narrative:
I took off on wrong runway. Cleared for runway 17 intersection H departure. I took off runway 13 taxiway H intersection. Runways 17 and 13 intersect at H. I failed to confirm compass prior to takeoff roll. I noticed error at rotation speed, so I continued. I was familiar with the airport and that intersection departure, but failed to confirm with compass. Contributing factors: I was given a new squawk code as I rolled onto the runway. Darkness, less obvious of a mistake during the night hours.
