Narrative:
The B737 departed phl on the phl 7 SID, I climbed him to 12000 ft. The WW24 departed behind the B737 on the phl 7 SID. I climbed the westwind to 5000 ft. I decided that the WW24 was outperforming the B737 and that a potential overtake situation was present. I turned the westwind right to avoid a conflict.

Title: APCH CTLR RECOGNIZED A POTENTIAL CONFLICT WHEN A WW24 APPEARED TO OVERTAKE A PRECEDING B737 AND ISSUED CORRECTING TURNS.
Narrative: THE B737 DEPARTED PHL ON THE PHL 7 SID, I CLBED HIM TO 12000 FT. THE WW24 DEPARTED BEHIND THE B737 ON THE PHL 7 SID. I CLBED THE WESTWIND TO 5000 FT.
