Narrative:
Aircraft nose crossed hold short line of runway 19R at sna without clearance. Aircraft was cleared to cross runway 19L, hold short of runway 19R. Captain thought he was cleared onto runway. First officer commented to captain when he noticed the aircraft was not slowing for the hold short line. Captain stopped aircraft with nose about 5 ft past line. Captain notified tower of situation and tower sent final traffic around.

Title: A B737 CAPT ADMITTED THAT HE INCURRED ON RWY 19R WITHOUT SNA TWR'S PERMISSION.
Narrative: ACFT NOSE CROSSED HOLD SHORT LINE OF RWY 19R AT SNA WITHOUT CLRNC. ACFT WAS CLRED TO CROSS RWY 19L, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19R. CAPT THOUGHT HE WAS CLRED ONTO RWY. FO COMMENTED TO CAPT WHEN HE NOTICED THE ACFT WAS NOT SLOWING FOR THE HOLD SHORT LINE. CAPT STOPPED ACFT WITH NOSE ABOUT 5 FT PAST LINE. CAPT NOTIFIED TWR OF SIT AND TWR SENT FINAL TFC AROUND.
