Narrative:
I was instructed to taxi to runway 23R via taxiway C at yip. The runway/taxiway confign at yip is very confusing, with many runways and txwys intersecting at the center of the airport. After consulting the airport taxi diagram, I realized I had taxied slightly past the hold short line for runway 23R on taxiway C. I immediately advised the tower of my error, whom then advised an aircraft on 1 mi final to go around. I was instructed to do a 'short' 180 degree turn, which I did, and was well in place behind the hold short line again when the landing aircraft passed the approach end of the runway on his go around. Airport layout is very confusing.
