Narrative:
After being cleared for takeoff on runway 12R, we encountered an air carrier Y aircraft crossing our runway on taxiway north. First officer was making takeoff and rotated slightly before V1 while captain selected flaps to 15 degrees. Our aircraft cleared air carrier Y vertically with no further incident.

Narrative: AFTER BEING CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 12R, WE ENCOUNTERED AN ACR Y ACFT XING OUR RWY ON TXWY N. FO WAS MAKING TKOF AND ROTATED SLIGHTLY BEFORE V1 WHILE CAPT SELECTED FLAPS TO 15 DEGS. OUR ACFT CLRED ACR Y VERTLY WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.
