Narrative:
Poor WX in cancun. Made instrument ILS approach runway 12. Due to poor visibility initiated go around. Was vectored back for another approach. No significant change in WX condition, heavy rain, poor visibility and lots of noise. Landed airplane, noticed drifting to left, corrected back to right. Upon rollout right main brake antiskid cycled and locked then released. Taxied to gate and did termination postflt walkaround of aircraft. No indication of anything out of the ordinary. Upon arrival at aircraft next morning found anti-skid brake line torn and hole in brake line, both on right main gear. Was told by mexican auths they were investigating aircraft incident the previous day of broken runway edge light and we must fill out incident report. Do not know if aircraft hit light or not. Supplemental information from acn 622362: cancun tower called the visibility 2 mi with heavy rain. After holding briefly due to the airport being closed for WX we were cleared for the approach. Several thunderstorms in the area with lightning and some turbulence. I got the airplane on the runway on centerline and the next thing I know the left main is very close to the runway edge lights. I correct and get the airplane back to centerline. We taxied into the gate. It was still pouring down rain with strong gusts. I did a walkaround. I could find no damage to the airplane. One of the left main tires had several unusual looking cuts in it. I'm not certain I missed the edge lights, it was very close at best.
