Narrative:
The sector of airspace in which the operational error occurred is extremely busy sector. This has been idented by facility personnel and facility management. There have been a couple reports submitted to management, however the manager and management have failed to take corrective action. Last yr 10 of 23 errors occurred in this sector. This is an unsafe situation and the potential for a real tragedy exists. Hopefully someone will look into it soon.
