Narrative:

While doing final safety checks, I was informed by flight attendant #3 that a passenger came out of lavatory smelling like smoke. She denied smoking in lavatory. Other passenger confirmed flight attendant's suspicion that passenger was smoking in lavatory. I called captain and we decided to have flight met. Police met flight and talked to passenger. She (we find out as she deplaned) was also drunk. Passenger was in main cabin and was on a non-revenue company travel pass.
