Narrative:
I was assigned to oil ETOPS trips. I learned the dial oil gun was kept in the supervisor's office and not the stockroom. This practice doesn't allow a procedure to schedule calibration of critical test tools. The oil gun given to me didn't have a calibration sticker calculation of oil consumption of the ETOPS fleet is vital for reliable operations. Dial oil gun must be periodically recalibrated and stored in the stockroom.
