Narrative:
MU2 eastbound at 17000 ft. CRJ2 climbing swbound. I misjudged crj's climb rate. Crj's TCASII told him to descend to 16000 ft. Ended up with 5.5 mi, 1000 ft head to head and closing fast. I now love TCASII!

Title: A CRJ ON CLBOUT RECEIVES A TCASII RA ALERT ON A MU2 CRUISING AT 17000 FT AND QUICKLY DSNDS TO 16000 FT PREVENTING A SEPARATION LOSS. THE 2 ACFT WERE BEING HANDLED BY ZBW ARTCC.
