Narrative:
We were cleared to land by the tower, and in the flare for runway 7. I noticed another aircraft's drag chute at the other end of the runway. I used reverse and heavy braking while I watched the other aircraft turn off the runway. Runway 7 is 7000 ft long. We touched down at 1000 ft markers and the kafir jet was at the very last turn-off.
