Narrative:
I notified the company, and they responded by calling 'mod.' they are having the card reissued. The problem was discovered early this morning by me after reviewing the card with someone else that was having a problem understanding it. The note under item 4 says the card is only applicable to titeflex hoses. When I did the card, I thought that a bach number meant that the hose was manufactured by boeing meaning when I saw a bach number that matched the card I thought it was ok. But early this morning I realized that is not the case and that this bach number is only an identify so that is the reason for the as soon as possible, the hoses may or may not be titeflex.
