Narrative:
Landing gear failed to retract upon takeoff. Then gear went to unsafe condition and would not deploy for landing. Believe gear motor was source of failure. Did emergency procedure to extend gear and was successful at getting #2 main gear extended and locked. However, nose gear was/remained unsafe and did not deploy. Upon reflection, it occurs to me that my 3RD class medical certificate and biannual flight review were not in compliance for this and some other flts previously logged.
