Narrative:
While investigating a hydraulic problem in the left wheel well area, I removed the plate to inspect the anti-skid valves and hydraulic piping in the area. When finished with the inspection, I reinstalled the plate but missed tightening lower dzus fasteners. I am keeping a more detailed written record of my maintenance actions and limiting myself to performing the task at hand before moving on to anything else. The plate is easy to remove and replace, and I was inspecting behind it after changing a hydraulic xfer pump and xfer 'corteral' valve. After putting the plate back in place, I had to check the pump again and forgot the last few fasteners in the plate.
