Narrative:

Due to problems of communication earlier in the shipping department (who picks up parts at terminal and tlo) an unnecessary delay resulted in movement of a critical part. The directive was given to deliver part straight to hangar #2 by the manager and supervisor at dock. However, this action resulted in the part not being checked, verified, logged or processed into the system by the stores person assigned to aircraft overhaul work unit resulting in improper and incomplete paperwork in our system and in the bill of works for that aircraft.
