Narrative:
Pushing back air carrier X from inside of hangar (XXX XXX) on tug pushing air carrier X. Wing walker (XXX XXX) on right side of air carrier X, myself (XXX XXX) on left side of air carrier X. Started to push back the airplane, cleared the wingtip of air carrier Y, got back to the stabilizer area on air carrier Y, front right side. About 1 1/2 ft away I yelled to stop 4 times at tug driver and I was waving my hands to stop. Tug driver's head was looking over at right wing walker. The air carrier X struck air carrier Y tail section left wingtip on air carrier X. Received a broken light tip on static rod. After aircraft came to a stop after hitting air carrier Y, tug driver said he didn't hear me telling him to stop.
