Narrative:
The engine, on my super decathlon, began to run rough. I immediately turned toward ZZZ1 airport and as a precautionary measure notified, called ZZZ1 airport. I informed them that I had a rough running engine and would like to land on runway 29R as soon as possible. I did not feel that there was an emergency. They gave me clearance to land and I landed without incident. This was the second flight of the aircraft after the annual by maintenance. Before departing from ZZZ1, I did a magneto check which was normal. On departure from runway 29R the engine was running normally. It was not until about 25 mins into the flight that the engine began to run rough. On landing I taxied to the maintenance for engine analysis. They found that two of the bottom spark plugs were fouled. They cleaned the spark plugs and did a magneto check which was normal. I have since flown the aircraft and found no other problems.
