Narrative:

Passenger in seat xyb had a seizure. Flight attendants notified us near the nobbl intersection east of dfw. I informed ATC of a medical emergency onboard. I contacted dispatch, asked for a patch to a doctor on duty -- no reply from the doctor. We were cleared direct to dfw with a landing on runway 17R, localizer only approach, and direct to gates where paramedics were waiting. During the descent, flight attendants notified me a nurse came to his aid. Flight attendants notified me during the descent about 20 mins out he was worse with low blood pressure, vomiting and was hooked up to the aed. We expedited as much as safely possible and were on the ground about 30 mins after being notified of the emergency. ATC was very helpful in giving us a direct course to dfw and a expedited approach and landing clearing traffic with a direct to the gate with no delay.

WE WERE CLRED DIRECT TO DFW WITH A LNDG ON RWY 17R, LOC ONLY APCH, AND DIRECT TO GATES WHERE PARAMEDICS WERE WAITING. DURING THE DSCNT, FLT ATTENDANTS NOTIFIED ME A NURSE CAME TO HIS AID. FLT ATTENDANTS NOTIFIED ME DURING THE DSCNT ABOUT 20 MINS OUT HE WAS WORSE WITH LOW BLOOD PRESSURE, VOMITING AND WAS HOOKED UP TO THE AED. WE EXPEDITED AS MUCH AS SAFELY POSSIBLE AND WERE ON THE GND ABOUT 30 MINS AFTER BEING NOTIFIED OF THE EMER. ATC WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING US A DIRECT COURSE TO DFW AND A EXPEDITED APCH AND LNDG CLRING TFC WITH A DIRECT TO THE GATE WITH NO DELAY.
