Narrative:
Found left main strut low, svced strut with nitrogen only and signed off logbook. After departure, realized I did not program for full service per maintenance procedures to be accomplished within 3 days. I called and notified maintenance control and planning to have accomplished in 2 days and entered in logbook.

Title: A B737-300 L MAIN GEAR STRUT WAS SVCED WITH NITROGEN ONLY. FAILED TO ENTER DETERRED ITEM TO ACCOMPLISH FULL STRUT SVC WITHIN 3 DAYS.
Narrative: FOUND L MAIN STRUT LOW, SVCED STRUT WITH NITROGEN ONLY AND SIGNED OFF LOGBOOK. AFTER DEP, REALIZED I DID NOT PROGRAM FOR FULL SVC PER MAINT PROCS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHIN 3 DAYS. I CALLED AND NOTIFIED MAINT CTL AND PLANNING TO HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN 2 DAYS AND ENTERED IN LOGBOOK.
