Narrative:
On pushback out of ZZZ, tow bar broke and we heard loud noise. Stopped aircraft and had ZZZ maintenance inspect the nose gear area. I wrote it up in the logbook and maintenance signed it off as all normal. Upon landing in ZZZ1 we, along with maintenance, noticed damage to both nose landing gear doors and the left tire and rim. Aircraft was grounded.
