Narrative:
The R5-5 canon plug on fuselage which connects the #1 engine is discrepant with the possibility of backing off was left installed instead of being replaced. The inside tang guide is bent over internally which will not allow the canon plug to fully seat, thus a possible backing off position or condition due to any engine vibration in-flight could occur.
