Narrative:

Just prior to leveloff at FL310, we got a hydraulic #1 low pressure caution message. There was no quantity or pressure in the #1 hydraulic system. We ran the QRH procedures, started the clock, called maintenance/dispatch, and decided to divert. An emergency was declared followed by an uneventful landing. Maintenance found 2 hydraulic supply lines rubbing against each other with one of them leaking. Plane was repaired and ferried.
