Narrative:

After takeoff from ZZZ (after de-icing) flaps would not retract to zero. We followed the QRH procedure for 'flap fault' and performed a no flap landing in ZZZ1. We also had about 5 other various fault messages on the EICAS. This airplane is untested in winter WX operations. It barely works in good WX. Hard to believe the FAA/other brazilian authorities certified this aircraft! Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that on every flight leg there is some fault with the trailing edge flaps. In this incident it appears the deicing fluid may have been a factor affecting flap operation. The reporter also had comments on the cockpit seat padding as it is too thin, and the overhead map light cannot be focused.
