Narrative:
Aircraft had been written up for a 'stall fail' message twice in the last 24 hours. On takeoff; when we lifted off; the stall warning system engaged aural and shaker. Aircraft was flying with no problems. Crew declared an emergency and returned to ZZZ1 without further problems. Crew performed checklist for problem and no damage to aircraft nor injury to passenger.

Title: A CL65 STALL WARNING SYS FAILED ON TKOF AND FULLY ACTIVATED EVEN WITH THE ACFT IN A SAFE FLT MODE.
Narrative: ACFT HAD BEEN WRITTEN UP FOR A 'STALL FAIL' MESSAGE TWICE IN THE LAST 24 HRS. ON TKOF; WHEN WE LIFTED OFF; THE STALL WARNING SYS ENGAGED AURAL AND SHAKER. ACFT WAS FLYING WITH NO PROBS. CREW DECLARED AN EMER AND RETURNED TO ZZZ1 WITHOUT FURTHER PROBS. CREW PERFORMED CHKLIST FOR PROB AND NO DAMAGE TO ACFT NOR INJURY TO PAX.
