Narrative:
I inspected a door slide installation at door 1R on an A320. The slide was not configured for door 1R. It needed to have an electrical cable configured under the proper cover to allow that slide to be installed on door 1R.

Title: AN AIRBUS DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE INSTALLATION WAS INSPECTED AND FOUND THE INCORRECT SLIDE INSTALLED AT DOOR 1R.
Narrative: I INSPECTED A DOOR SLIDE INSTALLATION AT DOOR 1R ON AN A320. THE SLIDE WAS NOT CONFIGURED FOR DOOR 1R. IT NEEDED TO HAVE AN ELECTRICAL CABLE CONFIGURED UNDER THE PROPER COVER TO ALLOW THAT SLIDE TO BE INSTALLED ON DOOR 1R.
