I have completed all training for qualification and was told I was qualified to sign rii. Resubmitted training paperwork sheet and completed training paperwork qualification sheet again. Paperwork not received or lost between departments.

Narrative: I HAVE COMPLETED ALL TRAINING FOR QUALIFICATION AND WAS TOLD I WAS QUALIFIED TO SIGN RII. RESUBMITTED TRAINING PAPERWORK SHEET AND COMPLETED TRAINING PAPERWORK QUALIFICATION SHEET AGAIN. PAPERWORK NOT RECEIVED OR LOST BTWN DEPTS.
