Narrative:
Flight control failure. Leading edge slats failed to extend during approach. Accomplished irregular procedures for no slat landing. This aircraft had identical malfunction on previous flight. Maintenance signed aircraft off as repaired. The safety of everyone on this aircraft was compromised when air carrier failed to properly repair this system.

Title: AN A320 SLAT EXTENSION SYS FAILED FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE FLT. NO SLAT LNDG ACCOMPLISHED.
Narrative: FLT CTL FAILURE. LEADING EDGE SLATS FAILED TO EXTEND DURING APCH. ACCOMPLISHED IRREGULAR PROCS FOR NO SLAT LNDG. THIS ACFT HAD IDENTICAL MALFUNCTION ON PREVIOUS FLT. MAINT SIGNED ACFT OFF AS REPAIRED. THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE ON THIS ACFT WAS COMPROMISED WHEN ACR FAILED TO PROPERLY REPAIR THIS SYS.
