Narrative:
Engine was in shop for teardown prior to shipping out for overhaul. Upon removal of throttle box; I noticed there were 3 washers; 1 each; under the heads of the 3 required for attaching the throttle box to the main engine control. These washers are not required for installation.

Narrative: ENG WAS IN SHOP FOR TEARDOWN PRIOR TO SHIPPING OUT FOR OVERHAUL. UPON REMOVAL OF THROTTLE BOX; I NOTICED THERE WERE 3 WASHERS; 1 EACH; UNDER THE HEADS OF THE 3 REQUIRED FOR ATTACHING THE THROTTLE BOX TO THE MAIN ENG CTL. THESE WASHERS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION.
