Narrative:
In cruise while eating a crew meal; my plastic fork broke in several pieces and I swallowed several. I could not breathe and informed the first officer who declared an emergency and; with the help of the jumpseater; got the aircraft to ZZZ quickly. I went to emergency room and was treated and all is ok. Super job by first officer and jumpseater.
