Narrative:
3 technicians assigned to 'a' check with brake and 2 main tire changes. All 3 technicians helped each other to finish it. I signed it off and thought another technician safetied the wheel hub. We were very busy that night. The tire was safetied before the plane left the ground.

Title: A B737-700 WAS RETURNED TO SVC WITH 1 MAIN TIRE WHEEL HUB NOT SAFETIED PER THE WHEEL CHANGE JOB CARD.
Narrative: 3 TECHNICIANS ASSIGNED TO 'A' CHK WITH BRAKE AND 2 MAIN TIRE CHANGES. ALL 3 TECHNICIANS HELPED EACH OTHER TO FINISH IT. I SIGNED IT OFF AND THOUGHT ANOTHER TECHNICIAN SAFETIED THE WHEEL HUB. WE WERE VERY BUSY THAT NIGHT. THE TIRE WAS SAFETIED BEFORE THE PLANE LEFT THE GND.
