2.7 ZFW increase several mins after pushback. No phone call from load planning. I assume extra weight is extra containers. I had added extra fuel in anticipation of this increase so ETOPS critical fuel was protected. It was still an illegal release due to the flight plan not reflecting proper weight on board after pushback. When is this process going to start working correctly and legally?

Title: AN AIR CARRIER RPTS ETOPS FLT IS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WHEN LOADING INFO IS PROVIDED TO THE DISPATCHER AFTER THE ACFT HAD DEPARTED.
Narrative: 2.7 ZFW INCREASE SEVERAL MINS AFTER PUSHBACK. NO PHONE CALL FROM LOAD PLANNING. I ASSUME EXTRA WT IS EXTRA CONTAINERS. I HAD ADDED EXTRA FUEL IN ANTICIPATION OF THIS INCREASE SO ETOPS CRITICAL FUEL WAS PROTECTED. IT WAS STILL AN ILLEGAL RELEASE DUE TO THE FLT PLAN NOT REFLECTING PROPER WT ON BOARD AFTER PUSHBACK.
