Narrative:
Both aircraft were climbing northbound. The DC9 in back climbed faster; so at FL210 (his requested) I turned him 30 degrees right; planning on paralleling the crj who was due to turn right in about 10 mi. I told both aircraft to resume normal speed. I then called cyyz to coordination the DC9 at FL210; then saw I had 3 sigmets. I started looking through them and realized I hadn't turned the back aircraft like I had planned. The crj made his turn out of FL202; so I turned the FL210 traffic further right and had the high altitude sector turn the crj to the left. It was just done a little too late.
