Narrative:
Passing through 16000 ft; got ECAM air right wing leak (with sts message bleed #2 pack #2 and wing 'a' ice). Talked to dispatch and maintenance. Maintenance requested to cycle engine #2 bleed circuit breaker. It did not help. (15 mins later; bleed #2 pack #2 messages cleared.) continued the flight to ZZZ with avoid icing condition restr.
