Narrative:
The customer service representative did not knock before opening door 1L; causing the slide to fall out. The door was armed for pushback. I was standing by the door 1L all ready to begin the safety demonstration along with XXX flight attendant #2 who was standing next to me in the aisle. The cabinet door prevented the 1L door from coming in all the way before we yelled for the customer service representative to stop! And stand back! 3 of my first class passenger also mentioned to me they did not hear a knock at the door before it was suddenly opened. The aircraft is a B737; door was not cracked.
