Narrative:
During finish-up of repainting aircraft X at leading edge; small defects were found to radome. A temporary repair was done with reference to srm 53-10-72 and engineering authority/authorized B3-53R-10943. But a full lightning strike to the fuselage and the rest of the aircraft was not accomplished. The damage to the radome was found after the fuselage had been repainted. I did not notice the damage to the radome during my walkaround after repositioning aircraft to ZZZ1 on jul/wed/05.
