Narrative:
Aircraft X had a write-up for a main cargo door lower sill web pan gouge repair. The damage was addressed on an engineering order. It required a perm repair in 100 cycles and an each flight day reinspection. The each flight day reinspection was not noted in the computer system. The error was caught when revision 'B' came out to extend it to 200 cycles. The problem of reinspection has been corrected.
