Narrative:

Aircraft X had a write-up for a main cargo door lower sill web pan gouge repair. The damage was addressed on an engineering order. It required a perm repair in 100 cycles and an each flight day reinspection. The each flight day reinspection was not noted in the computer system. The error was caught when revision 'B' came out to extend it to 200 cycles. The problem of reinspection has been corrected.

Title: A B757-300 CARGO DOOR LOWER SILL WEB GOUGE WAS DEFERRED PER AN ENGINEERING ORDER FOR REPAIR IN 100 CYCLES AND INSPECTED EACH DAY UNTIL REPAIRED. THE EACH DAY INSPECTION WAS NOT ENTERED INTO THE MAINT COMPUTER AND WAS NOT ACCOMPLISHED.
