Narrative:
On the afternoon of jul/sat/05; I was sent by my lead to assist at gate. I removed and replaced the #1 IRU. To allow room to remove and replace the IRU; I disconnected the flex ines from the #2 air data computer and failed to reconnect them. This was 100% my fault; and I accept full responsibility for this. The aircraft departed ZZZ in this condition; and I remembered not re-attaching the lines when I learned the crew had reported air data problems.
