Narrative:
On monday; I called in fatigued to the crew desk for an lga turn on the end of a 5-DAY trip. On thursday; we went illegal (duty time) for our return leg to ord. We reached the hotel after much delay awaiting the leg to be cancelled and the hotel desk to arrange transportation (taxi cabin attendant line was 100 ft long). We reached the hotel at XA30 and agreed with the crew desk to leave the hotel at XJ30 (9 hours behind the door reduced layover) to fly to ord. At XI24 I was called by the crew desk; we were now flying XF45 to ord at XL55. En route; I was notified about an lga turn and a duty day of 13 hours (from the new check-in of XK55). I slept a maximum of 6 hours. The captain and I were yelled at by passenger as we headed to the hotel for not flying the flight to ord. That had me a little upset and I got to sleep late. This was already a long trip. 97 hours away from base and the lga turn would have put me near 29 hours of flight time in just 5 days. We had battled ground stops; flow control; thunderstorms; and 100+ degree days. I was fatigued and I let the crew desk know.
