Narrative:
Returned to ZZZ after takeoff due to a high pressure bleed valve stuck in the open position. An overweight landing was accomplished on runway 13R at ZZZ. Gross weight 340000 pounds with a sink rate of 300 FPM. Landing was normal. There were 6 previous write-ups regarding the #2 high pressure bleed valve. No emergency declared.

Narrative: RETURNED TO ZZZ AFTER TKOF DUE TO A HIGH PRESSURE BLEED VALVE STUCK IN THE OPEN POS. AN OVERWT LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED ON RWY 13R AT ZZZ. GROSS WT 340000 LBS WITH A SINK RATE OF 300 FPM. LNDG WAS NORMAL. THERE WERE 6 PREVIOUS WRITE-UPS REGARDING THE #2 HIGH PRESSURE BLEED VALVE. NO EMER DECLARED.
