Narrative:
Aircraft #2 I called by the wrong call sign. Aircraft #1 was not on my frequency. Aircraft #1 and aircraft #2 were on converging headings at 13000 ft. I descended aircraft #2 but not in time to effect 1000 ft vertical separation.

Narrative: ACFT #2 I CALLED BY THE WRONG CALL SIGN. ACFT #1 WAS NOT ON MY FREQ. ACFT #1 AND ACFT #2 WERE ON CONVERGING HDGS AT 13000 FT. I DSNDED ACFT #2 BUT NOT IN TIME TO EFFECT 1000 FT VERT SEPARATION.
