Narrative:
When we landed at ict; I noticed that the aircraft was pulling to the right. It took a lot of left rudder control to keep the aircraft going straight. After getting the passenger out; I called our director of maintenance and went over what had happened. Shortly after that; I got a call back from my chief pilot. He told me to do some high speed taxiing; and make sure to check for unusual braking. I did 2 high speed taxies. On both of them; we did not reach more than 90 KTS before aborting. After we found no problems; we started taxiing back to the FBO. On our way; I felt our right main tires flat. We called tower to inform them. They called back telling us that our main right side was on fire. We used the fire extinguishers; and fire trucks were called for assistance.
