Narrative:

The radar video map display at the yng ATCT is not correct. The VOR runway 7 approach course line for the gkj airport is incorrectly depicted on the video map. Controllers are providing approach clrnces to aircraft in relationship to the approach line depicted and the aircraft actually track north of the line and they should be on the line. This is an unsafe condition. Having the video maps incorrect leaves radar controllers guessing where the aircraft should intercept the final approach course. In addition; it is difficult for the controller to determine if an aircraft is not on course because of the lack of reference thus delaying a corrective action needed by the pilot or controller. Gkj airport is served by many business and general aviation aircraft. The ILS runway 21 approach course line for the fkl airport is also incorrectly depicted on the video map. Controllers are providing approach clrnces to aircraft in relationship to the approach line depicted and the aircraft actually track east of the line and they should be on the line. This is an unsafe condition. Fkl airport is served by many business and general aviation aircraft. These conditions have been known to FAA management since february 2005 and to date remain uncorrected.

CTLRS ARE PROVIDING APCH CLRNCES TO ACFT IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE APCH LINE DEPICTED AND THE ACFT ACTUALLY TRACK N OF THE LINE AND THEY SHOULD BE ON THE LINE. THIS IS AN UNSAFE CONDITION. HAVING THE VIDEO MAPS INCORRECT LEAVES RADAR CTLRS GUESSING WHERE THE ACFT SHOULD INTERCEPT THE FINAL APCH COURSE.
