Narrative:

This location has very high potential for runway incursions. The intersection of taxiway east and runways 10/28 and 15/33L is poorly marked. The hold short line and the red runway signs both need to be changed to indicate that the hold short line is for both the runways; not just for runway 10/28. The 'new' type markings would be a great asset for this known 'hot spot' intersection. Another safety issue at isp is the dip/rise getting into gate X. It should be noted on the 10-7 page. There is a significant divot and then a rise onto what appears to be a concrete pad at the stop point. Isp operations sometimes tells folks on the radio and sometimes doesn't. They claim to have sent messages to 'all the chief pilots' which include drawings of exactly the problem. This needs to be issued as an amended 10-7 page as well as noted on the radio call for aircraft planning to park at gate X. It takes a significant amount of power to get out of that hole. Any aircraft or people and equipment behind the aircraft attempting to get to the stop point are in significant danger; not to mention the tug driver and the operations office itself; should something terrible ensue from trying to get out of the hole after having come to a complete stop. Both of these communications issues should be addressed as soon as practical.

BOTH OF THESE COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES SHOULD BE ADDRESSED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL.
