Narrative:
Prior to departure; programmed FMS; verified legs; verified departure with queue; and at 400 ft selected navigation. Departure deleted speeds and cleared us direct to triss on triss 2. Approximately 4 mins later center asked us abut our clearance. We stated 'direct txk via assigned route.' we complied with a 10R clearance from center; they showed us left of shero. We showed that we had passed shero and nevertheless complied with turn. Center cleared us to direct txk and mentioned nothing further. There were no conflicts or other apparent anomalies. Remainder of flight uneventful.
