Approximately 10 mi east of ZZZ VOR; hydraulic #1 pump light illuminated. Left quantity observed in red. Pressure fluctuating. Due to loss of hydraulic #1 system; destination changed to longest/widest runway available. Emergency procedure accomplished per DA2000 emergency checklist. Landing continued without incident.
